Homemade Party Invites

We did it! We were able to make party invitations with out having to go buy anything. We had some scrapbook paper and computer paper, colored pens and pencils, glue stick, patterned scissors, glitter, stamp and ink, and the computer. Let me be the first to say we aren't heavily into scrapbooking or stamping so the fact that we had everything on hand was a "happy day" moment. My girls had fun helping and are proud of making something rather then go buying it. I'll be the first to say we have a long way to go if we ever want to produce a product for sale but it was a fun first effort.

I didn't have much time for visiting the show & tell participants on Friday so I'm doing so this afternoon:-)

Oh, I adore your boxes, I guess I would have bought them immediately, too! They look so very special and have that nostalgic touch! And .... one can never have enough boxes... !!! ;-))

Have a great Sunday - although it's almost over!

Best wishes from Germany,
Anita

Hello from Germany!

Thanks a lot for your visiting my garden and the nice words you left on my side! Oh, you are not the first one who asked me for help in the garden! I would LOVE to come around - if you lived more closer... ;-))

Yes, I am German and live in Germany and have only German relatives.... but I work with a French company who's official langue is English.... ;-)))

I would be very pleased to welcome you again soon on my blog, my next post will be about roses (that were made by me). I'll post it this S&T Friday!

Ich wünsche Dir noch einen schönen Tag und sende Dir viele liebe Grüße aus Deutschland (hope you understand that).
